3. Investment and execution model
MarsBase provides infrastructure for accessing investment opportunities. We may provide data and operational tooling, but that does not constitute individualized investment, legal, or tax advice.
4. User obligations
- Protect your account credentials and security settings.
- Use the platform lawfully and in good faith.
- Do not attempt to bypass security controls or jurisdiction restrictions.
- Do not engage in fraud, abuse, market manipulation, or unauthorized automation.
5. Prohibited conduct
- Unauthorized access or attempts to interfere with systems or data.
- Misrepresentation of identity, eligibility, or source of funds.
- Use of platform content outside permitted use.
- Any activity that violates applicable law or third-party rights.
6. Platform changes and service availability
We may update features, workflows, and operational controls over time. Temporary service interruptions may occur for maintenance, security response, or legal requirements.
7. Fees and disclosures
Applicable fees, execution conditions, and deal-level terms are provided in relevant platform screens and offering materials. You are responsible for reviewing these before committing capital.
8. Risk disclosure
- Private market assets can be volatile, illiquid, and difficult to value.
- Past performance does not predict future results.
- You can lose part or all of invested capital.
- Regulatory and market conditions may affect your rights and outcomes.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if required by law, compliance obligations, security concerns, or material breaches of these terms.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, market outcomes, or third-party service disruptions.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law specified for your platform entity and jurisdiction. Dispute procedures, venue, and enforcement terms are applied as permitted by applicable law.
